Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment verification, excluding weekends and holidays.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Methods:

We offer standard shipping to addresses within New Zealand using Castle Parcels.

3. Shipping Times:

Standard Shipping: Typically takes 1-7 business days for delivery within New Zealand, depending on your location.

4. Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight and destination of your order. Please note some discrepancies may apply and we will issue a invoice to rectify the charges.

5. Tracking Your Order:

You can track your order by using the provided tracking number in the shipping confirmation email.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments:

If your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact our customer support team at sales@smartybags.co.nz. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Smartybags purchase. If for any reason you are not, please review our Refund Policy below.

1. Returns and Refunds:

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order.
Products must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
We do not cover the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

2. Refund Process:

Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

3. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and cover any associated return shipping costs.

4. Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please follow the refund process, then place a new order for the desired item.

5. Sale and Clearance Items:

Sale and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for refunds or returns unless they are damaged or defective.
